BizEX organises the information you share, distinguishes evidence from assumptions and helps identify a practical next question. Any value range is an educational, indicative starting point—not a certified appraisal or guaranteed sale price.
What informs an indicative range
- Reported revenue, profitability and the quality or consistency of earnings
- Business type, operating model and selected benchmark assumptions
- Owner dependence, customer concentration and other transfer risks
- Premises, lease security, staffing, systems and growth context
The calculator applies disclosed business inputs to a synthetic, deterministic model. The AI advisor may explain the result and ask better questions, but it cannot alter the calculated range.
