BizEX collects only the information needed to provide business enquiries, AI-guided solutions, research, accounts and related support. This policy explains the current website experience.

Information we collect

Depending on what you choose to use, this may include your name, email address, optional mobile number, selected goal, business details, website or public social links, conversation answers, account and verification records, and technical security records. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material.

How we collect and use it

We collect information you provide directly and may review public business sources only when you ask us to. We use it to respond to enquiries, deliver requested services, operate and secure accounts, improve BizEX, comply with law and send marketing only where you have separately opted in.

AI, research and indicative results

BizEX may use automated systems and third-party AI providers to help generate questions, summaries and business insights. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and is reviewed at your discretion. Any valuation is indicative only, not a certified appraisal or a decision made solely by automated processing.

Storage, disclosure and overseas processing

We use service providers for hosting, security, email delivery, optional analytics and AI. Some providers may process data outside Australia. BizEX applies access controls, encryption where supported and purpose-limited handling, and shares only the information needed for the selected service. We do not sell personal information.

Optional analytics and marketing

Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Allow analytics”. Approved events exclude chat messages, names, email addresses, phone numbers, entered URLs and financial figures. Marketing consent is optional and can be withdrawn using the unsubscribe option in a message or by contacting us.

Retention, access and correction

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. You may ask to access or correct personal information, or ask about deletion where applicable, by emailing [email protected].
